Clerk of Works carry out surveys of tenanted and leasehold properties and communal areas to blocks of flats on the LBS’ social housing estates to: Clerk of Works assess the standard, quality and quantity of recently completed major works Clerk of Works identify any current maintenance issues including damp and mould, fire and building safety related issues.
